Brady seems pretty poised for a QB with so little experience in this environment. Just takes what’s given to him. Hope we can hang onto him.

I am disappointed that Brady didn't retire and just run for President. Such a leader

Isn't it quintessential Belichick that he knew what the rule was and that it would dictate that the call be overturned?

I'm surprised they never showed the angle from behind the goalposts on the tying FG. I remember the ball doing something like an S-curve on the way in, it was a lot more dramatic than the angles they showed.

Absolutely, and the sheer extent to which he was entirely unmoved during that transaction, just clinically communicating, nodding, and then coaching his team as if an overturn was certain... he was telling us all who he was, right there. It's up there with "Trouble Now" in the coaches' mics after Brady's SB51 pick-6 to make it 21-3. He's a guy who's in control. Things don't always go his way, but his superpower is to know what's coming next and how to prepare for it.

Brady beats Gruden. Gruden goes to Tampa Bay. Brady follows 20 years or so later.

Can he do what Gruden did?

This is reminding me of how much I hate the Raiders. I had forgotten that for a moment.

JR Redmond May be the most underrated player of this 20 year run
To this day, I still have no idea how he found a way to reach that ball out of bounds. I recall being pissed when he cut inside, like, what are you doing. But now you watch the replay and cutting inside is probably what enabled him to break the tackle and eventually get out of bounds, because the defender was expecting him to run to the sideline.

Belichick has always said that they would have let the clock run out and gone to OT if he doesn’t get out of bounds. That play was enormous, and it’s basically the only thing J.R. Redmond ever did of note in his entire NFL career.

Wow. I forgot how much Harbaugh whined about those formations. What a brat.

Also - JE11is starting QB next football season. Double pass was money

Chris Matthews just falling out of the sky to catch bomb after bomb was one of the strangest things to come out of that game. And a lot of strange things came out of that game.

KC AFCCG is 1st in my book. On the road, cold, most hostile environment in the league, having to convert all the 3rd and longs, etc. Was his best effort. Trust me, the 4th quarter against Seattle is a very close 2nd.
ya. Im pumped for that replay. I wish had that game dvrd. Just amazing across the board
