Rory and Zach Johnson seems like the type of final round pairing where each could make a run

Zach Johnson winning would be horrifying. Absolute nightmare scenario. That would give him 3 legs of the grand slam with wins at Augusta, the Old Course, Winged Foot. Puke.

Hate to say it but I think today goes to the Big Golfer. Rooting for Wolff, Oosty, Xander and Rory though.

Hard to believe that it would be someone other than the final group but there's always big scores out there

You have to figure Wolff will have to grind. You have to HOPE that Reauchambeau has a miserable day, like Reed had yesterday. And then maybe Rory or Xander makes a run.

A Zach Johnson win would also be awesome. I don't get the hate.

Any video of Bubba's 7 on the first? Fairway off the tee, greenside bunker in two. Back of the green in three and four more to get in, including a 15 footer for 7. I'd like to see that.

Yeah, you're going to have to give a reason for this take

Rory's putt traveled 120+ total feet and ended up 3 feet from where it started

Xander gets out of there with a par, it's like picking up a shot on the field

Does anyone else enjoy watching golf without the galleries? Because I really am. It’s nice not hearing the idiots in the gallery.
It is phenomenal not having to listen to the idiots. I do miss the roars after a big birdie but not listening to MASHED POTATOES on every swing is a joy.

Yep. No morons shouting stuff and you hear more natural player dialogue. It's a complete win-win.

Edit: On cue, a "ba-ba-booey" from the knot hole gang.

Why does everyone dislike Dechambeau?

I only pay attention to majors and he doesn’t seem to play too slowly or bark too much. Sincerely asking - clearly there is a reason.
