Yes, but it’s not called if Williams doesn’t throw up his arms and look guilty as hell. Sometimes you make your own luck.
100% agree. That DPI call was absolutely a ref looking for something that wasn't there.
That said.... that 3rd and 22 that the Rams gave up earlier in the drive was ghastly. There were at least four Rams there, he caught the ball short of the sticks.... it was bad. That was a huge play.
If they can’t diagnose the actual play in real time and are relying on any part on reactions like that, then the whole rule needs to be thrown out and rewritten.
And the entire rest of the coaching staff. And release the entire roster. And sell the team.
I really don’t know what I’d be doing right now if I were a Falcons fan but it wouldn’t be pretty.

That has to be the end for Trubisky as a starter, right? Not sure how you go back to him after Foles engineers that comeback.
I thought Trubisky was finished when they gave all that money to Foles, so I’m the wrong person to ask.
So when do the Bills get their first test? I don't believe in them yet, in the same way, I do not believe in the Rams.
