We are getting pretty close to the season, so figure it could be fun.

Celtics record/seed.

All stars or awards.

Stat lines for whichever players you want.

Which of the end of bench randoms have a chance of breaking into the rotation?

Anything else you can think of.

The Jays get another All-Star Nod, Tatum is top 5 in MVP Voting, Smart/Tatum/Timelord are all-defensive team nods, Tatum is 1st Team All-NBA, Jaylen is 2nd Team, Brogdon (if healthy) wins 6th man.

Tatum is 28/9/6 on 60% + TS
Jaylen is 24/6/4 on 58% TS
Timelord is 12/10/2/2
Brogdon is 18/5/5

Bench player having a chance of getting semi-regular minutes at the end of the rotation? Hauser.

Nets blow up because Ben Simmons logs more time playing Call Of Duty than actual minutes on the court during the season.

Sarver is forced to sell at some point during the season.

Beats the Dubs in 7 for banner #18.

2nd Team All-NBA is roughly players 6-10 in the league. Below was last year's second team. I hope you're right, because if Jaylen is 2nd team, the Celtics will be unbeatable.

They’re going to hold down a top 4 seed as they keep Brogdon, Big Al, and Time Lord in bubble wrap so that they’re ready for the title push. They’re going to survive the Hellbeast Eastern Conference Playoffs and hopefully roll to the title this year.

They all spend more time on video games then time on the court. They’re young males.

around the way
55 wins, nagging injuries here and there. Brown and Tatum make ASG, Tatum is in MVP conversation because his 3PT hovers around 40% at high volume.

Playoffs are a slog, and the Cs get through to the finals with a shot. Tatum not quite as gassed this year.

Kidding aside, I'll skip records and awards and offer up a couple of random items I think could happen.

  • The Celtics end up not needing another big. Kornet and Kabengele are servicable. One of them emerges as a solid third option
  • Wing depth continues to be an area of need. Hauser is solid for instant offense but the Gallo injury is felt here and Tatum and Brown end up with heavy workloads again
  • Al regresses a bit but is still a very good defender.
  • Timelord makes the leap to the third star on theam
  • Prichard struggles to find minutes and is traded to address the wing issue. Prichard begins a very nice run elsewhere but Boston is fine as JD Davison offers a more well-rounded option and Hauser provides the instant offense off the bench (albeit it at F no G)
  • White has an excellent full year with the Celtics, he and MB make up one of the best 2nd units in the NBA.
