I'm going home
Five innings might be a lot to ask for, but I'm asking.

Catch the ball, hit the ball. It's fun when that happens.

So what if the Sox have lost their entire starting infield and their team leader in Home Runs?

Fucking win anyway.

Is Martin Perez starting really a good reason to bench Yoshida in this situation?
I can't think so, but who knows. It really can't be for "rest," since they're off tomorrow. Presumably see Yoshida once Perez is out of the game.

It really is wild how they keep running these lineups out there. I don’t blame anyone, these injuries are absolute insanity. But still…wow.

I’m not sure if it says more about me, or the state of this team that I saw “Reyes, P” in the lineup, and my first thought was “wow, they’re using the pitcher to bat… seventh no less…”

Need to take a picture of the standings and print it out for framing before it's too late.
As of now:
Red Sox 12-10
Dodgers 12-11
Astros 7-15

(I will leave the rest of the AL East out of the picture.)
