Rory Macdonald said a few weeks ago that GSP is only interested in superfights but haven't heard or read anything else about it (or Silva). Rory still trains with GSP.
I'm curious to see how Silva will look against Bisping Feb. 27'th.
I think RDA looked smaller but not a Vitor Belfort kind of transition.I also thought Weidman looked smaller last week. Vitor though....he went from greek God to Dad bod.
Hopefully we get to see Cormier/Jones next. Cormier said he wants to fight Jones two more times before retiring. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Bader get the next shot though, giving Jones more time to get his life in order.
I have a question, Can Nick Diaz be cleared to fight in any...
He won, he deserves the interim belt. Hopefully I don't have to hear his mouth for another six months because McGregor is nails on a chalk board to me.
Mcgregor had a physical altercation with Faber after the weigh-ins and gave a shaky interview to Helwani about it. I'm curious to see if the pressure and promoting has gotten to him. like Mikeford said, this truly is his first test. I'm hoping Mendes puts Cmac's jaw in his ear but would be just...
I would love to have seen Frankie Edgar get the call over Mendes. OTOH we get to see McGregor enter new territory in fighting against an excellent wrestler.
I never played disc golf until we moved to Alaska a year ago. Disc golf is everywhere here (Anchorage/Matsu Valley area) and some courses are very private and secluded. I can't get enough of playing it. Forrest courses can be extremely frustrating as well as rewarding. Glad to see it's getting...
Just really sucks. Squandering his prime years and his health and if this is true he'll be away for a while. Interim championship in the mean time. (DC)
In 2011 Pettis lost his UFC debut against Clay Guida and proceeded to go on a four year (dominate) win streak. We'll have to wait and see how he bounces back from the Dos Anjos loss.
Khabib Numagomedov'
been clowning Pettis pretty good, even predicting for weeks the RDA/Pettis fight would go...
I agree, Diaz has an honest gripe with this imo. It has been a terrible start to the new year for Dana, Lorenzo and comp. Jones Coked out, Weidman hurt, Vitor turning down interim title fights, now the GOAT pops...no surprise with Nicks test.
It's an out of competition drug test under the UFC's new drug testing policy. The UFC new about the results before the fight.
Edit- and they neglected to say anything until now
