    Hanrahan has picked up close to 50 straight saves, so I'm sure that gets Nick's gold bond'd balls-a-tingling. Unfortunately the time to pick him up was 3-4 seasons ago when he was emerging as a high quality arm. Just like the Angels picking up an under-the-radar arm like Frieri.

    Getting a hashtag trending on Twitter during every Saturday broadcast would be a good strategy. #StopMLBblackouts or some such idea. Also we need to take the list of advertisers and collate their Twitter handles so you can direct mention them in conjunction with the hashtag.

    Agreed. I really enjoyed that piece. I usually skip the sidenotes and go back and read them afterwards. It's way too distracting otherwise. They added value to the Zep piece- like the Jimmy Page food note- which I had never heard before.
