    That was awesome. I hate how Froome rides (head down, elbows out). Not to get too NASCAR like, but I was rooting for a wreck there.   It will be interesting to see if Tony Martin does hold on this weekend, with a punchy Cat 3 finish Saturday and some GC guys looking for any second they can get...

    I don't see how Sky doesn't defend the jersey now. The exception would be if a break goes up the road without a GC contender, without a sprinter Sky will have no reason to do all of the work reeling them back in. But you've got plenty of other teams that will take care of that.    Cobbles...

    Well, let the doping finger pointing begin again.  Nibali basically solos up today's final climb, puts up the 27th best time ever on Hautacam.  The 26 before him are entirely comprised of the '94 and '96 tours, and LA in '00.  Not a great look.

    That is timely, as I unplugged mine with a full charge at 6:30 AM today, and ran out of juice by noon, with maybe 15 mins of talk time and not a lot else in between. It showed call time as the biggest drain, with the OS right behind it.

    What's his name? edit - I watched the TUF premiere. I like the concept, but it seems like the US fighters should clean up against the Brit team. We'll see how good the US fighters look this week.
