Should Grady Little have left Pedro in game 7 of the 2003 ALCS?
No. Grady and everyone associated with the team knew better as well. They had the data.
Aside from this, loss (which is totally, equally devastating) and the remaining TOs what hard data do we have that Mazzulla is costing this team? I am 100% open that he may be. Its possible but nobody can show it - people were actually complaining about timeout usage during a pretty decent win on Sunday! And then the onus gets shifted back to those who don't think there is a real problem to prove there is no problem. Its like a bad Escher knockoff.
Finally, we can agree to disagree about this game because nobody really thought they had a shot going in. Even if Mazzulla mismanaged this game, its almost meaningless.
Again, eerily similar to that crappy ass game that you just had to shoehorn into this lame sports night.
