Southampton forward and OCST FPL free hit star Che Adams loops over the keepers head from flat on his back a foot from goal (really).

Saints look good back to front’ gotta say.

putting my armband on Broja and not free hitting will come back to bite me
well, I did a great free hit squad but then forgot to move the right players into the lineup, so I have Anthony Gordon starting and Son on the bench. Yay

Doherty at 10’.

Leeds their typical high energy but no cutting edge, no shape, oceans of space all over the pitch. Spurs have berm shredding them. Ripping them right open. Spurs will put 4+ past them today. Leeds form is 1/15 points. Their best players are out and without them the only club in their bag is to run like maniacs but it can’t be sustained for 90’ and it leaves them wide open.

They’re going down.

New guy Kuli-whatever with a left footed bullet at 15’. This is going to be a bloodbath.

Kane 3-0. Not even a half hour gone. This is like Germany v Gibraltar or something.

15 minutes of Ronaldo complaining about not getting service ends with a wonderful Bruno cross for an easy Ronaldo tap in, but he couldn't hold his run. The irony.

Bleh, I miss the start of the 2nd half of Palace/Burnley by less than a minute and Burnley has already tired it up :(

Love seeing Rondaldo cleared off the line.

Impressed by the number of Watford players who are calm And skilled on the ball.

Weghorst is a very big dude who moves well. Strong tight end energy. He’d start for many PL sides. Great business by Burnley

+5 extra time in Palace/Burnley; Palace looked really shaky for a while but getting some good pressure and chances near the end of regular time (please let this not be a jinx)

If there’s anything we can unite on its Richarlisons embarrassing love of a dive. He’s got like 7 already and it’s been 20 minutes

how many of those semi-incidental handballs have gone MC’s way last couple years???

Will we ever see this phantom offside that preceded the MC player handling the ball in the next phase with no Everton player is the area?

With the handball we would have deserved the point. We tired in the last 30 as you’d expect and Keane yet again shat his pants but we’re easily the better side for the better part of the game.

Also got denied a handball in the box early on last week against Southampton. We were awful and deserved nothing in that game but maybe with the first goal it's not the same.

Today we got fucked.

Looks like Schalke ironed a patch over Gazprom.

I'm a Schalke fan. My latest jersey arrived, with the Gazprom logo, the morning the Russians crossed the border.

Thinking of just putting tape over everything from the G to the last third of the M (so it looks like an N) and writing "Gelsenkirchen."

I am only now catching up on this but honestly one of the most blatantly wrong decisions of all time. Its crystal clear that it hit him on the arm mostly below the sleeve. If anything its in the crook of his elbow or forearm.

The PL has become a world class operation in almost every respect but with seventh class refereeing.

I don’t like being that guy but if the sides are switched I am 100% certain that the pen is given.

The whole thing stinks. PMGOL first tried to tell us that we didn’t see what we all saw, then pivoted and tell us the VAR ref changed his mind after the match?

Let’s not forget that Kavanagh had VAR for the Spurs/Pool game as well and objectively changed the outcome with his objectively incorrect decisions. For whatever his motivations, he has gifted two points to City and stolen two from Liverpool. That’s a pretty significant swing given the state of the race right now.

I wonder how the goal zone crew feels. They seemingly tell us it’s a clear offside after the match, show us an angle from midfield 10 minutes later where you can see nothing. Then later, we hear that offsides was never in the discussion and it was deemed not far enough down on the arm. Are they getting instructions from the PL on what to say? That crew never struck me as mouthpieces but they were clearly “had” yesterday.

Lampard even suggesting corruption. “Incompetence at best, at worst who knows?“

At least his steep fine will keep the conversation going a few more days until we find out Kavanaugh gets a week off to think about what he did.

Kavanagh is VAR for WHU/WOL. So no action.
