I don't know what Jack & Brick are talking about. They look like a slow and very mediocre against a bad team that played last night.
And the fact that Sweeney doesn't send Kevan Miller down to Providence has me very concerned about his talent evaluation.
When Claude is eventually fired, that should be the first line of every write-up on it.
Julien plays him too much but when do you start asking why he's even on the fucking team?
Unfortunately we know which Miller is getting benched. I don't what that stuff has pictures of Sweeney doing but it must be really fucking bad.

This. Tough to fault Sweeney right now in that calling up one of the AHL D-men and sending Kevan down would be shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. Kevan should be the scratch but hasnt been, that is on Clode but hopefully once Sweeney has even the littlest flexibility he fires Kevan into the sun.
Kind of hard to dislike a team that sucks right now. Even if they are very much going in the right direction.
Great little feed by Connolly to find Bergeron. I still think he gets a bum rap, he isn't a complete passenger on that line.

I've never seen a defenseman better at being exactly between his goalie and the shot-taker quite as much as Kevan Miller. Just enough to screen his goalie, not enough to really cut down the angle.

Remember after they lost that Montreal series in '14 and people were saying "if they could've won they would've gotten Seidenberg back!" Now 2 years later he still looks like dog shit. Yeah he would've made the difference against the Rags. Do you think they could actually deal him at the deadline or is he a cap dump at this point?
