Opening night for the Baby B's. Per Mark Divver the opening lines (based on morning skate) will be:
Florek-Koko-Ferlin
Lindblad-Griffith-Pastrnak
Knight-Werek-Randall
Kane-Flick-Fallstrom

Defensive Pairs
Warsofsky-Trotman
Morrow-Eminger
Breen-Casto

Goalie: Subban

Camara hasn't been cleared to play yet, while Cross, Youds, Cherniwhchan, and Aamon are scratches. With Pastrnak able to play in Providence, they look to have 2 strong offensive lines even with all the promotions. Defense has some depth with guys like Casto & Morrow expected to show some real growth. I expect that if that the PP could be fun to watch if they roll out a Pastrnak, Koko, Griffith, Warsofsky and Trotman as a unit. That might be loading up a little, but I think they could still put together a decent second unit.

So, it's really just never going to happen for Jared Knight.
I'm afraid so.   He has to be about 7th or 8th on the organization depth chart at LW.  It's a 1st game roster and lines change daily at this level, but you would think they'd give him minutes with the top prospects if he was in their plans.

Well sillier thing is he is not a LW but the bleeping idiot in Providence keeps using him as one.

Kid is a RW, and a RH shot, which is a desperate organizational need

The coach and Knight haven't gotten along well. I posted about it in Knight's adopt a prospect thread. Whether that's performance or attitude, I'm sure they will point at each other. Either way it's a disappointment.

1-2=3 with 3 SOG for Pastrnak tonight in a loss to Worcester. 6 points in 4 games to start his pro career. Giggidy.

Good weekend for the Baby B's. 3-0 win over Norfolk on Friday, and a 5-0 win tonight at Manchester. Shutout for each goalie, Caron had 2 goals on Friday, Khokhlachev had 2 goals tonight and an assist on Friday, Pastrnak had 3 assists tonight and Craig Cunningham had a hat-trick tonight.

Koko and Pastrnak seem to enjoy playing with each other. Both are above a PPG pace early on here.
