I can't believe one of that kid's highlights was him literally throwing the ball off the backboard and it happened to go in.
That cracked me up when I saw it.

So... Two picks, two guards. A point and a shooter. There's absolutely ZERO chance the Celts are keeping Rondo now, right?

Only problem with Young is that his most attractive feature is that he doesn't turn 19 for two months. That's good for his NBA career, but more questionable for his value to the Celtics unless he becomes a max guy or something.

Still, a fine pick.

Probably, but not because of Young. Young's book is he's probably too slow to play two-guard in the NBA. But we might be able to pack Green's bags (which sort of makes me sad, I like him, but yeah).

Well I preferred Harris, but I'm happy with Young too. Again, backcourt of the future in Smart and Young. Very good size there.

Now, what kind of return could they expect or look for in exchange for Rondo?

I'm not saying None, just make sure you say goodbye to Slim before he leaves the building.

Or Smart is on the move. I'm hoping it's Rondo going though. Give Stephens the kids.

My question is this: What other teams need guards who have tradeable assets that the C's would want?

These guys could be going out too.

Well, we know Avery Bradley is not going to get paid what he wants from Boston.

Phoenix have to be trading here, they can't possibly keep Dragic, Bledsoe, and Ennis right?

So when the pick can in ESPN had Young as a PG. Then a moment later they had him as a SF. Any idea's where he will end up? At 6'6" he could play both I guess.

Sullinger almost certainly sticking around too, unless Kevin Love comes here.

I wonder what happened to Gary Harris to cause him to slip so far.  I guess Danny figures that once he gets a player out of a draft, he can swing for the fences with the next pick.  Hope Young learns how to play defense.

smart and young has always been a good thing, goodbye Rondo.
Tonight is further confirmation that Ainge has no interest in paying Rondo or Avery what they are looking for.

Meanwhile, I didn't know David Khan was now calling the shots for Phoenix.....another PG?

He's a wing. He's not the primary ball-handler, whether with Rondo or Smart.
