Can they not do this before 2? How bout some golf?

Because 1 to 2 pm is reserved for the maudlin and melodramatic "Jim Nantz Remembers," which today brought us a teary-eyed Raymond Floyd talking for 20 minutes about his wife dying.

Pin on #2 is awesome. Land in on the front left and watch it feed down towards the hole. Casey nearly Oosty'd the hole.

Complaining about the coverage at Augusta is worth nothing.  Augusta doesn't care.  They want to be different and their philosophy of "Less is More" strengthens their brand.  I love that they do the most commercial-free minutes of any major though.

Goddamit, CBS starts with the same BS intro as yesterday showing Arnie, Player, and Jack. Show todayyyyyy.

How many god damn times do they have to show that stupid tee shot?

Jim Nantz is so self important it's ridiculous. Every word out of his mouth is nails on a chalk board.

There is no way yesterday's coverage didn't have as many commercials as any golf tournament. Maybe today will be different but yesterday was one shot, commercial, two shots, commercial, one shot, scoreboard, commercial, two shots, commercial.

I DVR'ed the round yesterday and I spent more time fast forwarding than watching.

And now my trio of complaints is over.

I'm mostly just upset with myself. I shouldn't have turned off the iPad at 2 expecting immediate TV coverage.

God, I'd do anything to have Rory's swing.

Love to see one of Tiger/Rory/Phil start birdie-eagle.

No dice with Tiger/Rory. Maybe Phil, but terrible camera work so no idea where Phil's ball is.

Kid #2: Napping.

Kid #1: At the mall with my wife.

Lawn: Mowed and raked.

My solitude will likely end in less than 25 minutes, but until then this might be the highlight of my spring.

Make a putt Tiger.

Cue the sad trombone for Phil.

EDIT - Or... maybe not. Great putt after a flubbed chip.

Too easy. Spieth with a birdie birdie start just put his foot on the neck of this tourney.
Not if Rose keeps matching him.

This is a 3 man tournament right now. I don't see anyone else getting close.

Eh, Rose will likely match him.

Last year Spieth was 2 up on 8 tee and hit the turn 2 back of Watson. Shit can happen.

I know. I'm just trying to mush Spieth so there is some golf drama.
