I don't understand the lack of Salazar use. If he didn't respond well to his one appearance, he should be off the roster. If he's fine, he should be pitching more. Personally, I would have started him in Game 5, as I never liked pitching both Bauer and Tomlin on short rest.

Yup, adjustments to the rotation should have been made after they went up 3-1. Push Bauer back to Game 6 and have a rested Tomlin in case Kluber gets in trouble for Game 7.

I have but it really points to how fragile a team's position can be in the postseason, any team.

Indians have played amazing baseball and honestly pushing the Cubs to a game 7 is an accomplishment in and of itself. They just might be out of steam though.
