It's not a bad spot for UMASS. Everyone on Mississippi State knows the coach is leaving and is probably playing with that kind of effort.

3:30 cannot get here soon enough. Clemson/NC State and Bedlam are both going to be fun.

Yeah... Mississippi State stepping up. Their size is starting to wear Umass out. This is gonna get one sided as the game goes on I expect. Just like last year. Oh well. Was nice to be competent for a half.

Looking forward to watching Wake's Duke Ejiofor against this level of competition at ND. I have no clue where he will go in the draft next year but he has good speed and is an amazing pass rusher and at 6'4" 275, I would love to see him as a LB for the Pats.

Is anyone watching this NC State/Clemson game? It is fantastic; just back and forth. You can see why I love Ryan Finley; he's a perfect 11/11 thus far. Remember, last year in Death Valley, NC State missed an extra point that would have knocked Clemson out of the playoffs; you can bet they want to avenge that.

As of two weeks ago, only one QB in Michigan State history had thrown for 400 yards in a game, exactly 400 IIRC. Lewerke set the school record with 445. Then he had 385 last week, and now he has 400 again this week.

So, they basically went 100 years with one 400 yard passing game, and now they have 2 in 3 weeks and almost a third. Weird.

Huge roughing the passer penalty against Penn State keeps the Sparty drive alive, and moves them way into field goal range. 40 seconds left. Terrible weather conditions for kicking though.
