I love that the Eagles lose to the Pats in 2004, then have a 13 year absence from the Super Bowl, then get back and are facing the same quarterback and coach.

"Oh, hey guys! Where have you been?"

Foles looks phenomenal. Picking up big third downs. Perfect reads. Strong arm. Avoiding rushers. Kind of scary for a Pats fan. I went into this game wanting the Eagles. Not so sure now.

I really should start betting on the NFL again. I fucking loved the Eagles this week, said it right here in this thread yesterday. The Vikings are just another poser dome team that can't sack up when they aren't playing on the fast track. You know, like the Atlanta Falcons.

I don't think the game will be easy as Philly is a well rounded club but I will never question the Patriots ability to prepare before and adjust in-game as long as BB is running things and TB12 is taking snaps.

This is what happens every year. You go into the playoffs wishing to face a certain team, but if they get into position to meet you in a big game, it's usually because they've played pretty well. That's why the tomato can theory is flawed.

That was a crazy heat check from Foles, like Curry pulling up from 35 feet. That being said; Minnesota has had some brutal breakdowns in their secondary which is leading to wide open receivers; the Pats don’t give up a lot of big plays like that.

McKinnon is like Dion Lewis. Watching him will give us a sense of what Lewis might do if the Eagles advance today.

The uf-duhs in Minny aren't going to be very hospitable to the Eagles during Super Bowl week, are they?

Yeah, I know. I mean if the Vikings win now, they will seem terrifying. I just wanted shitty Foles to win 12-6 or something.

This thread is reading almost identically to the Jags/Steelers thread last week. Now I want to play the Vikings, now I want to play the Eagles, why can't we just play whoever loses...

The Vikings are a different team at home, or in a dome, than they are on the road. You do NOT want the Vikings next week, no matter how bad they look this week (especially if they come back from this deficit, my God, the momentum they would have as the team of destiny would be out of control).

The Eagles better not give this team any more than a score or two, because if they let Minny back in it, Keenum will find a way. After last week, I ain't counting this team out until there are zeroes on the board.
