So these Bears could be fun to watch this season. Well done that drive playing to MT’s strengths and making GB respect the run.
Sssh ... it’s more fun calling the season before they scored their first TD.

Lots of things will carry over from last year. Lots of things won’t.

Nobody called the Eagles sniffing a SB. That does not stop us.

Letting Hicks get away - and losing out on a last-ditch effort to keep him - is one of the worst examples of BB getting too cute. HATE that we lost him - and the guy's only 28 NOW. Terrible nickel-and-dime nonsense. (This is the most I will ever complain about the last 20 years of Patriots fandom, outside of the "I WILL NEVER GET OVER IT" of the Butler debacle.)
Butler was absolutely roasted today for a bomb TD (just trying to help).

Bears are going to be frisky. Talent on both sides and a new coach who’s going to maximize what they have on O.

Ha! Nothing ever will. He can get toasted all day long - NOW - back in February I can't imagine he couldn't have helped on the one billion 3rd and 4th downs (I'm ballparking) the Pats D failed at. And I can't imagine Butler, having been benched, wouldn't have come out and played like his hair was on fire. Alas.

Wow, the Bears look good. And BOY am I glad I traded Rodgers in my fantasy league!

For those not watching, how serious is Rodgers’ injury?
Hard to tell. Floyd fell on his left leg (total accident) as Rodgers lay on his side with the knee elevated. He seemed to at least hyperextend the knee, as Floyd’s body weight forced the ankle/thigh down to the turf as the knee stayed elevated.

He eventually limped off, went to the blue tent, and just got carted off sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle looking, well, dejected.

Hey guys, I stepped away for a minute. Did I miss anything?

LOL, just kidding, caught up via the DVR. Was just going to say that Rodgers doesn't seem real impressed by the receiving corps today, and Davante Adams looks bigger and slower than I remember him from last year. If Rodgers is done, well, this isn't even close to a .500 team.

Man, good to see Trevathan up and running off the field. That's the kind of hit that guys don't walk away from all the time.

WOW Mack

So two drives for Kizer. Sack fumbles @ the 10 and a Pick 6. He's still got it!

In that division with Kizer, Green Bay is a bottom 5 team.

John gruden will be out of s job within 3 years.

Any other person and they would be fired this year.

Horrid trade.

Time to post the tag sale signs around the neighborhood and see what you can get. I’d think there are very few untouchables on the GB roster playing at this point.
Maybe Oakland would trade for Matthews?

I was hearing rumors today that it wasn't Gruden's call to make the trade. There seems to be some discord between him and the GM (McKenzie or something?). I mean, 2 first round picks for a guy who you weren't sure was going to sign the franchise tender and come back to play didn't seem horrible. Giving up the additional 2nd rounder was bad though. But either way, I'm not sure you can blame Gruden.

Outside of Rodgers, I don't think there is much on the roster that anybody else really wants.
