Oregon again. At this point I’d even rather UCLA or (gasp) USC. Definitely rather see Cal there, maybe next year.

Coming back out now. Don’t think I ever saw an interception made that close to a QB’s hand.
Nice, clear day. Wasn’t always that way (smog). California has cleaned up its act in that regard over the years (except Bakersfield, LOL).
Witham killed it for the Gophers. 3 receptions coming in. Had 2 on 4th down including a 1 handed one. Also made some key blocks.
Zero wins over top-15 teams on the road or a neutral site (as UM head coach).
If you ever have an opportunity to go I’d recommend it. Always fantastic weather—mid-70s and sunny. Huge stadium, laid-back atmosphere.
I was there to see the best game in CFB history. It’s amazing, indeed.
Awwh, damn. I’ve been 2x. Michigan-UW in 1993 which was a phenomenal game. And Northwestern-USC in 1996(?).
UT-USC is phenomenal. So jealous.
Is there a reason the NFL hasn’t gone back to the Rose Bowl for Super Bowls? It’s such a beautiful setting.
It had to do with LA not having a team. Now KroenkeWorld will get the Super Bowl whenever it is held in LA.
Was that a terrible spot on that 3rd down play at the goal line or did I miss something? Moot I guess.
NFL only selects cities with NFL teams for the SB now. But they should definitely make an exception for the Rose Bowl (SoFi or no SoFi).

Strange to see Oregon with a good defense and an anemic offense. Especially given an top 5 draft pick at QB and a veteran offensive line.
It looks great on TV but I hear a lot of complaints about it when people actually go. Maybe it is fine in February.
Tough penalty, but that’s as obvious as OPI gets. The defender totally makes a play on that ball if the other receiver isn’t blocking him.
Wisconsin turned it over 4 times. Hard to focus too much on the blown call overall given that, but deprived us of a more fun ending for sure
The kids work their asses off for no money. The refs need to be held to a higher standard. That call was horrendous and probably effected the outcome
This Baylor v Georgia game is the battle of a team who couldn’t care less (per the usual with Georgia) vs a team with no offense.
#6 lost it for the Badgers. Fumble plus the OPI. Shitty call, but don't put them in a position to call. Swim around it or something.
Also don't get why they didn't let them score at the end or take TO early (wouldn't have made a difference other than maybe change Oregon's playcalling.
In retrospect should have gone for it on 4th and 20. Either hold to FG or let them score, but you'd get ball back since Oregon would have a real short field and lack of room to make multiple first downs.
