Y's just don't want to let Bregman beat them. Same as Sox last year. It's a smart strategy especially with the rookie behind him

The Land of Fist Pumps
Something has been off with the Astros in the playoffs. Cole dragged his teammates to victory against the Rays. Very little energy from this team 7 games into the playoffs.

We’re watching one of the great chokes in baseball history.
If a one run deficit in the fifth inning is a choke, I shudder to think about how you view a three run deficit in the sixth or seventh inning. To be fair, its not like teams have overcome such leads in these playoffs (or the WC games) but there is a first time for everything!

Nap's shot off him in Comerica has still not landed.
You might be thinking of the one he it off Anibal Sanchez in G5 in 2013 as the one still in orbit. The one off Verlander went into the bullpen over the LCF fence - but no doubt he's had an occasional playoff game "key moment" gopher problems vs. the Sox; ones by Benintendi and Devers also come to mind.

There you go. Now everyone can relax, it’s like you’ve never watched sports before.
They are still choking. They lost a game and they are only tied in this one.

The Yankees are running away with this series and people like you are trying to sugarcoat it. They ought to just send the World Series trophy to the Bronx right now.
