2019 Hard Knocks: Frozen in Raider Nation

Just finished episode 1 of Hard Knocks and WOW, does that team seem like an undisciplined bunch. AB continues to be out of his mind and quite possibly the least self-aware athlete I’ve ever seen, and Johnathan Abram comes off as a real cocky asshole. Does Gruden come across as a guy who’s so buddy buddy with the guys to anyone else? I get he’s got his own style and he’s a players coach, but it’s a little much. ESP with Abram. A rookie. Jesus.

The first Raider episode is the first Hard Knocks episode I ever watched. Gruden seems like a train wreck waiting to happen. Suprisingly to me, I could see why teams value Incognito.

BB is such a fan of NFL history and NFL Films. I would love to see him in one of these.

He’s never allowing cameras into team facilities for a show produced and aired within a week of shooting. But, yeah, it’d be great to see.

It'll be interesting to see if somebody gets to Jonathan Abram and persuades him to tone down/adjust his act for Episode 2, because good God what an asshole and a terrible teammate.

Hoping we'll hear from Mayock before long... episode was lacking the scene in the GM office reviewing where the squad stands...

Yeah, Abrams seemed like a bit of a douche but it's a bit much to go out and say he's a bad teammate.

I thought the horseriding bit with Abrams and Ferrell was hilarious.
