Booger: "If you watch Ingram and Bosa, you'll see it fits in with how the Chargers want to play football."

No shit?

Tessitore: “AND JUST LIKE THAT, YOU BLINK AND THE CHIEFS ARE LEADING 17-9!”

Uh, it was 10-9 for 6 minutes before that, Joe.

Edit: ok, I’m glad everyone else thought that was awful.

Odds that we would still hear about how the Pats ‘didn’t get to possess the ball in OT’ 10 months after the fact, were the roles reversed in the AFCCG? I say zero.

If the Chargers somehow make it back into this game, that Mathieu dropped INT is going to be the biggest reason why.

The problem with Tess is that every play brings a scream ..so ...when a play really deserves a scream it comes off as any other play....don't have to go nuts over every missed tackle or completed pass...

It wasn't a swap, but it was basically one for one ...between three teams

And how was that not unnecessary roughness? The screen receiver never touched the ball, and the defender launched himself into him, speared him like a fish while he was still arms-outstretched.

In practice I guess you never see that called because it's a big guy getting hit by a big guy and We All Know They Can Take It. But man the inconsistency is consistently infuriating.

It’s almost as if the league cares more about PR than player safety

Rivers underthrew him by roughly 10 yards. Patton can fly, and had 2 steps when the ball was thrown. Put some air under it, and let him go get it. The defender should have never been in the play.

You mean, you're not "giving credit to defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo" for that one?

That's the difference between Tom Brady and Philip Rivers. Even when Brady has a "bad" day, he doesn't turn it over. Turnovers are death blows.

Chargers, again, utterly clueless. Could probably dump it to Ekeler and Henry all the way downfield for a TD.

Why would the Chargers use their 2nd timeout there? Explain it to me. And now they have no timeouts, with KC on 2nd down, and 3:11 left in the game. Uggh...Some of these coaches seriously need clock management training.

Great camera shot of Mahomes running for the 1st down in the foreground and Bosa way in the background reacting with disgust.

Chiefs once again fail to close the game on 3rd & fairly short. the Chargers though don't feel like the Titans.
