Baltimore is the 2018 KC Chiefs, who were the 2017 Jaguars, who were the 2016 Falcons. Flavor of the year.

Let’s see how well they do when it’s 10 degrees outside.

Baltimore is running a Big 10 offense. They’re out of the pistol for gods sake. Michigan State could stop this. Why are NFL teams perplexed?
Isn't the obvious answer that the list of defensive front 7 personnel that can keep up with Jackson is incredibly short and if you put a DB on him they will run through them? He is a freak athlete, sometimes you have to acknowledge skill can beat coaching.

Only if the Jags clean house and have better minds making the picks. Look what they've already done with a decade-plus of top ten picks. Impressive!
Jags' recent 1st-round drafting history:

Year (pick): Name, Position, Career weighted AV

2008 (8): Derrick Harvey, DE, 14
2009 (8): Eugene Monroe, OT, 14
2010 (10): Tyson Alualu, DT, 40, still a backup on the Steelers
2011 (10): Blaine Gabbert, QB, 16, somehow a backup on TEN
2012 (5): Justin Blackmon, WR, 9, one year as a starter with a catch rate of 48.5%.
2013 (2): Luke Joeckel, T, 22
2014 (3): Blake Bortles, QB, 44, five years their starter, now a backup for the Rams
2015 (3): Dante Fowler, OLB, 10, traded in his third year, now a starter for the Rams
2016 (5): Jalen Ramsey, CB, 31, obviously still had value
2017 (4): Leonard Fournette, RB, 11, good production but injured last year
2018 (29): Taven Bryan, DT, 2
2019 (7): Josh Allen, LB, a backup so far this year

...holy crap man, that's no exaggeration. I had no idea it was that bad.

I love Booger talking about Jackson and the new NFL. Never heard that about a hot QB after a regular season win steak before.

Mark Thursday, December 12th on your calendar. Gregg Williams is ending this charade.

It's even worse to see in list form. Wow! Thankfully, I just live here and don't care. I just enjoy the freak show and how the local media treats the Jags like a high school team. Rah, Rah, Rah!!!

Your front 7 point is key. One can add that Baltimore’s o-line is generally destroying people, and the Ravens have backs more than capable of getting the job done. They also have some nice tight ends, and Jackson has improved markedly over last year as a pocket passer. When he is on point, where are the weaknesses?

This is way too simplistic. The Ravens have a very stout defense. Like top 5 defense. The teams you reference, were terrible on defense. I think that the fact that the Ravens are elite on both sides of the ball make them far more formidable than the teams listed above.

Also dumb to suggest a run first team will struggle when the weather gets colder.
BAL is legit, on a neutral field I have a hard time justifying picking NE over them. NE is built to beat pass first teams.
At home NE prob a 55/45 fav.

If the Pats play the Ravens again, they need to score first. TD, no FG. They need a lead and force Jackson to come back. If you let them control the game, they’re too dynamic.
