Ben and Brady look like they have a 20 year age gap. Tommy looks 35 and Benny looks 55.

The ad for NFL Primetime is literally just Chris Berman making noises. The “Min-min-min-CHEWWWW!!!” like he is sneezing is so great/terrible.

Somehow Suzy Kolber is 56.

Something happened in the past 10 years where plastic surgeons really figured out what they are doing. A lot of 50+ women look phenomenal now. Much of of it’s exercising and not smoking to go along with minor but effective work.

That was a super lucky break for the Steelers.

Edit to add: Funny to see that Pittscburgh has 3 receivers with numbers in the teens. I’m used tonlooking for 80s when spotting WRs, and know that some wear teen numbers but 3 in one team has to be unusual

Man, how are you gonna put Ben in an empty backfield with deep drop back? Coaches just can’t help themselves.

I hope Berman is doing the late game again. It's one of my favorite parts of the opening week of the NFL. Such a trainwreck.

80s are TE numbers now. WRs have numbers in the teens for the most part.

Shit playboy, we got Asians over here. I even have 1 whole one and two .5s in my house. But fair play to you, I was talking about whites. And I should visit Korea. I wish I could show you a yearbook of what 55 and Fall River Mass White looked like in the 80s when my memories were formed. I love my people, but, well, ...I'm just going to leave it at that.

I don't think the botox or plastic surgery are really the difference. I think you just got 10 years older.

When I was a teenager, someone who was over 30 looked like an old lady to me. When I was in my 20's, 30+ was hot, and 40 was old. 30's, it went up to 40's and 50 was old. Now I'm 44, and I see women in their late 50's that look great. I'm sure if I ever reach the age of 75, I'll feel the same way about other 75 year old women.

I feel like there was a thread about this in P&G like 15 years ago. Bottom line, as we get older, I think our idea of "beauty" changes as we have to look in the mirror at our sorry asses.

I dont think so, bro. I do get your point and I agree with it, but that is not what I'm saying. I am not making a judgement like "that older lady is still attractive" its more of an observation that they dont actually look old.

Edit: I'd use as exhibits A & B JLo and VEEP. If we didnt know them and were playing guess the age, I wouldn't be coming in at 51 and 59, that's for sure. Whereas Kim Cattrall looked amazing in SITC, she looked her age i.e. you would have been close with your guess.

Shotgun from the 1 yard line. Brilliant.
A lot of QBs these days arrive in the NFL never having taken a snap under center — the spread is just so prevalent in high school and college. Pretty tough to ask a guy to take a snap under center for the first time in his life in a goal line situation.

I mean, how hard is it to learn that? I’m not even being snarky but that’s kind of a skill an NFL QB needs to have.

It’s stupid that they take so much time for the refs to run over to the booth when it’s super clear what happened.

Have to wonder what you’re thinking pulling AJ off the field on that 3rd down.

Ghost 0 for 2 after that block.
