I was enjoying this game until this shit, were the Eagles going to get the fg, get the td, get the 2, then somehow win? No, but let me have a glimmer of hope.

Henderson, NV
29 carries for 74 yards rushing for the Seahawks. Not what Pete is looking for but Carson was 8 for 41 in his limited time. This is a really good run D.

The pride of St. John's of Shrewsbury gets another Hail Mary reception. Must be something about that family. His dad was part of the crazy Cal kickoff return versus Stanford.

It's the analytics play. If you make it and can score another TD, the XP wins it. If you don't make it, you still have a chance to tie with a TD and 2 pointer.

I’m not in love with this logic, though I agree it has some merit. If you kick and go down seven and you score again, then you can choose if you want to go for the tie or the win.

If you plan on going for the win then it makes sense to go for it on the first TD. Gives you options in case you don't convert.

Exactly right. In this case, which added injury to insult for Seattle's bettors; it seemed like Seattle gave a half-assed effort on the 2 pointer, although an onside kick recovery and another Hail Mary in 12 seconds was theoretically possible.

I need 6+ points from ravens d/st in order to make the playoffs. I also want t o see the Steelers lose. So for one of the first times ever, I’m rooting for the ravens. Now I feel sick

Shouldn’t any pats fans want the Ravens to lose for playoff positioning.

I try not to watch any commercial; but I caught the progressive one and when the guy asks “who else reads books about submarines?” I lol’d. Better acting than most tv shows.

The mucky muck
My goodness, what a game so far. 2 INTs, a fumble, an idiotic run out of the end zone on the one INT, and a missed extra point. And there's still 7 minutes left in the first quarter.

Great, I give the Ravens a minimal chance of winning here.

That would put the Steelers at 12-0, with the Browns x 2, Jags and Colts left. Fuck me, it'll have to be the Colts that stop them from 16-0.

BAL secondary likes to be *right there with the receiver* but not do anything about passes headed in their direction.

11-0 and not sure what schedule you're looking at. They have WFT, @ Buffalo, @ Cincy, Indy, @ Cleveland left.
