TB as they are playing currently would give the Chiefs a run for their money. And I don’t agree that KC seems materially better than the Saints at this point.
You said better, not materially better.

KC is better than the Saints because the Saints don't have a QB right now.

That's a stupid rule; if a offensive lineman throws an illegal block at the LOS, that kills the play, good to know you can throw illegal blocks downfield with no consequence aside from 10 yards being marched off, big deal.
The thought process is that all of the yards gained up until that point were legal.

Wow, was for sure this week would be a win for Houston. Now it’s just too bad Atlanta blew these last two games, so Miami’s pick actually could have moved up.

The sneak has been working today, but, man, I think Chubb HAS to get the ball there, because he could break a run for a TD.

Oh I dunno, I think Baker was across when he fumbled

Edit: might have been a tad short

What game will be flexed next week?

My candidates
GB/Chicago--Bears win and they're in
Washington/Philly--if Redskins lose the division is still in play
Arizona/LA Rams--the division could be in play and Arizona is still alive.

My pick is GB/Chicago

Yeah, since it seemed like the fumble may have gone slightly backwards, it should be ruled similar to a pitch to the running back, or a lateral.
Dumb rule - one of many examples of the league’s overly litigious mindset. God forbid something unusual or fun happen in a game.

So with Indy losing, it's Browns win and in, right?

And the Steelers are pretty much guaranteed not to start Ben and maybe Connor, too.

If the Eagles win and Football Team loses, their week 17 game will be for all the marbles, no? At least on the Eagles side? I would assume that gets flexed to the night game.

I hate the Colts, but they got thoroughly fucked by the refs today. Which kinda makes me giggle. But I also hate the Steelers, so it kinda pisses me off.

I think so. They have the h2h tiebreaker over both South teams.
That is confirmed. Browns make it if they win next week. They make it if Indy loses next week, regardless of what the Browns do. Or if the Titans lose tonight and next week.

So they have three paths, but the easiest path, of course, is beating a Pittsburgh team that has a vested interest in resting their old and banged up QB. A 2 seed versus the 3 seed isn't as valuable as a healthy Ben for the playoffs.

The 4-win Eagles are in the drivers seat to win the division mid-way through week 16.
Currently:

Was 6-8, losing to Car, then at Phi
Dal 5-9, losing to Phi, then at NYG
NYG 5-10, vs Dal
Phi 4-9-1, beating Dal, then vs Was

So if things hold to form today:
Was 6-9
Phi 5-9-1
Dal 5-10
NYG 5-10

Week 17 matchups:
Was at Phi
Dal at NYG

It’s nuts. The division winner will quite possibly end up with 6 wins. The Pats, as bad as they’ve been, could have gone 11-5 in that division.
