By rule flagrant...fine HOWEVER NBA players acting like they’re near death from mild shots is awful
I hate it. The problem is that it seems to be the only way to get a review under the new rules where a flagrant isn't always blatantly obvious, which is why they do it. There has to be a better way though.

Lebron tried to get a 1 minute rest....didn't work.

This non-Lebron/AD roster is beyond putrid. Worst team in the NBA level bad.

I don't know how anyone thought they were clear favorites to get out of the West given the health issues Lebron and AD battled all year.
You should go back and read the threads here during free agency last offseason. Many posters thought they had assembled a super team with their free agency moves.

Only 14 more technical foul calls on the Suns and the Lakers are right back in this. Don't put it past them

Nuggets vs. Suns
hopefully Mavs vs. Jazz

Nets vs. Bucks
Hawks vs. 76ers

For the first time in like a generation, new blood in the West, and East isn't that bad either (except the Nets are a mercenary super team...)

LeBron, a Morris, and co. having a shitfit. Get the fuck over it.
Too bad they didn’t use that energy when Booker and the Suns were lighting them up in the first half.

Lebron was tired and checked out of the game with seven minutes left, and the Suns barely holding onto a double figure lead. Phoenix made a few buckets in a row, and the series was over

Lebron didn't even bother staying around long enough to congratulate his buddy CP3? Highly doubt the cameras wouldn't have shown that before he bolted to the locker room if he did.

So happy for cp. And for the league that Booker has arrived. A new star with a playoff killer edge.

How many times we will have to listen to Simmons tell Russillo “see, I told you you want to get the Lakers early” is going to be glorious

Now as long as the Bucks win I will be satisfied with this season.

Now the Nets need to get a few injuries and go down in flames. These player manipulated superteams are so unlikeable

Lebron for Wiggins Wiseman and both lotto picks this year, who says no?

I mean, probably the Lakers because they have no draft picks so they're almost forced to just run this years team back and pray, but I don't see how this gets any better next year with no way to improve the team.

They can sign two or three ring chasers on the cheap. If Lebron and AD are healthy, they will be a top contender again next year.

They're already over the cap with 6 guys under contract assuming they keep Mckinnie and Harrell opts out. I'm sure they'll resign a few of their own free agents, but that's a lot of ring chasers they need to find who are both actually decent players and willing to give up millions of dollars.

Which awesome ring chaser were they able sign this year? Harrell? Gasol?

Ring chasers are nice on the margin, but they're not a core. This is where having no draft assets for awhile starts to hurt. Both Clips and Lakeshow have a good chance to enter Nets-type hell.

Mclemore Morris Dudley Harrell Gasol Drummond

That's like an all star team or something

Oh and they still have a $5m cap hit on Luol fucking Deng

Maybe they mentioned it during the postgame—when was the last time the two previous finals teams didn’t make it to the second round?
2007. Mavs and Heat. That was the year the Baron Davis Warriors team beat #1 seed Mavs.
2014 finals was between the Spurs and Heat. The Spurs lost in round 1 in 2015, the Heat missed the playoffs altogether.
