I think Beverly includes himself in the "who" or at least I hope he does. So I find him amusing.
Who as in no one talks about Pat Beverly in the locker rooms.
Pat Beverly is back at it again on ESPN today. He definitely seems to be lining up a post-player career with all of the spicy hot takes. At one point, he appeared to disagree with JJ Redick that Tatum was a good two-way player.

One thing I do love about Pat is that he's playing an anti-SAS, acting just like him but challenging him on all of his BS. It has SAS incredibly flustered as he's used to being the big swinging dick (i.e. loud mouth) around the studio.

I was actually referencing this one. I'm not sure if he doubts Tatum as a 2-way player in the clip you posted because I didn't watch it.

Reddick immediately asks him if he watched the Nets series and Beverley basically admits 'No'.. so he'll fit in perfectly with ESPN as not knowing what he's talking about at all while doing zero research.

It's been said 100x before but watching Luka control a game is how Larry operated.

Moves at his own speed, gets separation and sees the entire floor.

Luka and Brunson played really badly and Dallas just isn't going to win like that. Great defense by GS.

Dallas missed a gazillion open 3’s. Their role players need to knock them down for the Mavs to win.
It's the way the game is played now where you could say that about any team. Role players making threes is basically the key to success, and the difference in star players is just how effective they are in helping those role players knock-down threes.

You're down by 30 at home in a playoff game, the series is over. You guys should root for whoever the better matchup is of dallas/gsw because Miami is done.

Feels like we have been on a collision course with Doncic in a final for a few years now. I’d still much rather play Dallas than Golden State

Well yeah. Dallas is Luka and a bag of garbage. Dubs are fishy but have the experience top to bottom.

This is some pretty putrid officiating tonight. They missed 3 calls in a row (2 against Bertans) that favored the Mavs.

Reggie is right. What did Bertans do there to deserve a tech? He got up as Lee was leaping over him, and didn't say anything.

I watch these two teams play and think that the Celtics would absolutely wax whoever wins.

Here
Klay Thompson has a 2 on 1 and slinks away into no man's land, leaving Wiggins hanging.

Every time the Warriors have switched to that zone, Looney hasn’t extended far enough and Brunson has had wide open 3’s

For all the love Jordan Poole received during the regular season, by myself as well, he’s virtually unplayable right now with his inability to function in a defensive scheme.

Cs were 0-2 vs DAL this year and 0-2 last year.
I don’t think last year matters at all in this discussion. The Celtics are a wildly different team.

One of the games this year was against the Celtics as they’re currently constructed.

It was a tight game and the Mavs won 95-92. This was the infamous Luka “high five” game.

And I still stand by what I originally said

I was thinking the same thing and Luka has a history of punking the Celtics however in a seven game series I don’t think the Mavericks can come out on top. Luka does not have a strong supporting cast and he can’t do it by himself. Injuries could change things but I think the Celtics would demolish Dallas if they meet in the finals.

Draymond is unbearable. Nothing compares... and the Celtics complain A LOT.
you know it's bad when NBA twitter, which never agrees on anything is overwhelmingly asking "how has he not gotten tossed?"

This series needs Scott Foster every game.
