Why do we have Ort and waived better pitchers?

Aside from the stuff we can guess at, like velocity and control, it *would* be so interesting to actually hear from management what they see. They aren't idiots. They dont consciously say, "let's keep the shittier guy," or "let's prioritize guys with short names," so it must be something 90% of us aren't seeing.

I think there is going to be a bit of tweaking that will have to be done with this new pitch clock, but overall I think it's going to be a huge plus.
