Big fucking win against the hottest team in the league. Great couple of games to right the ship, even if there were a couple of bad stretches in this one.

Coyle played so well today, I don't know why we only see that version of him for only a handful of games a season
I have my theories... Coyle seems to have very finnicky chemistry with other players (he and DeBrusk were awful together for instance). Here's hoping that they've found something with Bertuzzi and Frederic as his wingers..

Yeah he and Bertuzzi seem to play really well together in their brief time, and I agree with your assessment of his line mates. Though its the shear dominance of the puck that he shows every so often is what gets me. He was so good and so strong with the puck today

Funny you would mention that because he and DeBrusk seem, in their own ways, to both be players who really look very different if they get the right complement of line mates.

And yeah, I thought Coyle must have some old teammates he wants to get a good laugh against.
