If/when Duvall, Mondesi and Story need to be activated, I assume Chang and Tapia would be first to go on the position player side. If they're not running a 6 man rotation there's a spot to be found there as well, no?
I wonder if Chang can play first. Casas is the player I could most happily see get ABs @ Woostah.

LOL. I almost used this rhyme earlier in the season, but it felt a bit forced.
No doubt it'll work its way in someday.

And by the way... thanks to everyone who has taken the time to comment on a poem this year.
I have been struggling mightily with inspiration for writing (and life in general) and started these poems as an attempt to shakes off the blues.
Sometimes the poems come easily - and sometimes I spend way too many hours on them - but knowing that they connect with a few SoSHers certainly makes it feel like a positive use of my time.

Impressive series win on the road against a really good team. Not a bad week after what happened in Tampa.

Since Tampa…

3-1vs LAA (who came in with a winning record)
2-1 vs Min (who came in with a winning record)
2-1 vs Mil (who came in with the best record in the NL)

So 7-3 against a trio of quality opponents. Nicely done, Sox!

Bello not getting through 5 means we could be looking at the dreaded Bleier, Ort, and Brasier combo all in the same game.
Correct! But they actually did well. 3.3 IP with 1 run allowed.

Welp, we're not scoring again, so that's the game and the series. That day we were over .500 was pretty sweet though.
LOL way off! Glad to be wrong about this one.
I turned off the game and turned on the Bruins, then checked MLB on my phone and saw that Turner immediately bashed a home run to tie it up, so I had to not turn back to the Red Sox because of the laws of jinxes and rallies.
