Rask is in net, same lineup as Tuesday pending the outcome of Marchand's hearing. No call ups yet, so I would think one of Schaller/Vatrano/Hayes is healthy enough to play if needed.

I will be there tonight with my very pregnant wife. Any bets on her going into labor at the Gahden? Her due date is 4/21, and this is our first. I'm secretly hoping she somehow gives birth in our seats, even if that would be a horror show for everyone around us.

Among defensemen with > 50 GP, Colin Miller leads the NHL in CF% at 60.35%. Second is Torey Krug at 57.35%.

There is no excuse for Miller not playing

Naw, she'll go past due date with her first. I'll go with 4/29.

I'm really dumb, but is it concern over crossing Canadian borders with US immigration issues?
No it's that he's a Swedish citizen here on a student visa (to play at BU) but not on any sort of work visa. He's not authorized to work in the US yet.

He's a Swedish Citizen here on a student visa. He needs a work visa to work in any non-university work/study related job in the US.
Sounds.like cursory research would have answered my question. Thanks, guys.

I'll be at the frozen four tonight watching the game on my phone and rooting against Notre Dame hoping Bjork can get to Boston by tomorrow.

1:00 and still no news on Marchand. No rush people, take your time. Not like you had your mind made up Tuesday night.

Bogus based on precedent, but it wasn't hard to foresee this outcome. An incredibly dumb decision on Marchand's part.

Well said. Another inconsistent decision by NHLDPS, but hard to be angry about it.

Agreed. It was a stupid play, and I'm sure that his earlier encounters this year contributed to the 2 games.

Oh well, they can win these two without him, and maybe it puts a clean playing bee under his bonnet for the post season.

The little ball of hate with such a dumb ass thing to do. I hope it doesn't cost us in trying to avoid Washington in the 1st round.

Yeah, hard to be upset with his history and the obviousness of it. Certainly gives DOPS some cover. So much for the 40 goal season. Maybe the lesson will stick this time.

Good luck to the equipment guy trying to fit Forsbacka Karlsson on the back of a jersey.

Seemed like Vatrano was the Marchand contingency for tonight, but we'll see. If Vatrano is not 100% we could see JFK.

No idea but the bruins twitter reported it 15 minutes ago and Jack has no idea what's up with him.

Hopefully it's just extra-precautionary

Looks like board battle with Stalberg. Seems harmless here, hopefully the Bruins are being super cautious.
