It’s unrealistic to do it in every game, but there’s a lot to be said for the Tampa philosophy of not letting pitchers go through the lineup a third time. You’d think Bello would be a guy you wouldn’t press for the extra inning — I mean, how many innings are you going to get out of him over the course of the season?
