Will Joe continue his stubborn, everything I do is right act in the media after this game? That’s all we have to look forward to now

Stop with this narrative. Don't both sides it. The refs have done nothing to sway this series!
I really don't understand why both can't be true.

Heat are shooting lights out.. but they're also allowed to play a style of defense that the Celtics haven't been allowed to play back.. especially on Butler.

I also think the C's are playing like absolute horseshit partly because of AND mainly besides that fact.

TNT openly questioning our guys' toughness consistently this quarter, too. You know it's bad when that happens

You are seeing this series as delusional then.

Kind of a shame Middleton missed last year otherwise we wouldn’t be looking at this as a Finals team.
It is crazy to think how differently this core would be viewed with either Middleton health or if Butler hits that 3 last year. That finals appearance where they also turtled changed so much

How is this the same team that started the season with all the thinkpieces about our soccer movement style offense.
Having flashbacks to all the dreamy regular season articles about our winter sports teams.

Not wild about Mazzulla but willing to give him another season, if only because four coaches in four years sounds crazy for any team, let alone a contender. Plus the staff under went a severe brain drain. Stoudamire leaving was significant I think.

And I didn't mean it as a positive thing for Joe. As i said I wont be surprised by anything that comes out after this.

I wouldnt be surprised if the team lost total faith in joe weeks ago and CJM knows it and there is a total schism in the locker room.
To me that is nuts. You are literally the 2 seed in the east and moving toward the ECF finals - giving up on the coach and a split in the locker room is banana land.

Glad he played in 80 games averaging 16 minutes but can’t be played. If that was the case they should have given his minutes to someone else. Terrible mismanagement.
You give him minutes to set up matchup based situations and to get guys rest, he played the whole ATL series for example.
Teams don't generally go 9 deep in the later rounds. Now could we see him since we're getting wrecked... sure, but Hauser was always a depth guy who shouldn't really play in the ECF unless things have gone horribly, since Ideally the vast majority of the minutes at his position are going to Tatum and Brown.

I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and hear CJM act like a jackass again to the media like he's done anything to deserve that attitude.

Then when they theoretically tried it it was Pritchard instead lol. I’m probably on the lower end vis-a-vis Joe’s role in this public shaming but I would be really curious to know why an elite floor spacer had no role anymore while our supposed more complete players cratered on both ends.
