So much this. They're a play from ahead team.. and they hadn't gotten punched all playoffs. Once they lose their swagger and the other team is staying with them they become more of an average team... especially since they don't have a closer on D.

I’m convinced this is a huge part of why the Cs have held their own against them over the last several years. It’s where Stevens’ calm really helped shape them.

Gonna be difficult for Felger and Mazz to come up with some way that this was actually a bad outcome for the Celtics.
He has preternatural instincts for where the ball comes off the rim, and he’s actually pretty strong down low.
Tatum’s future is a mini-LeBron. His passing is astronomically better than when he first came into the league and eventually it won’t be worth doubling him because he will always make the right pass to get an open look.
