99-101 MPH with a 91 MPH slider. How is it every single team besides the Sox has relievers that throw 100+?

I was talking about this last post season. It's ridiculous. Not even just the velocity, it's the complete picture. Somehow Bloom and his team of talent evaluation people are missing out on dozens of better pitchers.
