AL All-Stars win the DSL All-Star Classic, 5-4.

Angel Gonzalez started in right field for the AL, garnering a single and a stolen base in two at-bats. Angel Maita finished the game in right, flying out to center in the ninth. Ceddanne Rafaela came into the game in the bottom of the eight (as the fourth 2nd baseman) and was hit by a pitch in the top of the ninth and was then caught stealing.

US beats the World in the Futures Game, 10-6.

Bryan Mata tossed 31 pitches in his scoreless 3rd inning appearance for the World, walking KeBryan Hayes (AA) and giving up a single to Bo Bichette (AA) and uncorking a wild pitch. Mata got Jo Adell (A+) to fly out, Brendan Rogers (AA) to strike out and Nathaniel Lowe (AA) to ground out.

Trevor Kelley pitched the final three frames, yielding an unearned run on a hit and two walks while whiffing a pair.

Aneury Tavarez topped two singles, stole a base, and dropped a sacrifice bunt in five appearances. Cole Sturgeon stung a pair of singles and swiped a bag in four sessions. Tony Renda ripped two singles in five trips. Jantzen Witte whipped a single and dropped a sacrifice in four jaunts.
