Crappy routes, alligator arms.
He lost it in the lights.
He lost it in the sun.
He lost it in the clouds.
He lost it in the sky.

He sucks.

And so does this team, on their way to losing 3 out of 4 to the RoyAAAls.

They have one guy on the team that can do damage and he's done it all series long.

Once the Red Sox leave town the RoyAAAls will go back to sucking.

No matter the lineup, no matter how good or bad the RoyAAAls are, the Red Sox cannot win in Kansas City, that stadium since the day it opened has been their own personal house of horrors.

Sure feels like they get themselves out a lot. Not really willing or able to grind out good at bats for a whole game or series.

The impatience breeds impatience. They have spent a lot of time the last two seasons looking like they are playing entire stretches of the season in extra innings trying to end it with one swing.

(It’s why Schwarber looked like a god amongst men and Hosmer looks like a man amongst lesser men)
I’m hoping Casas is that type of player even if he doesn’t light the world on fire. I miss the grinding Red Sox of years ago. Targeting guys like Youk seemed to fall out of favor for guys who strike out a ton and don’t walk much.

Maybe they should trade everyone and bring in all new players; seems like players they bring in get it, until they get infected by the suckitude that surrounds them, bad seeds everywhere.

Can we all just fucking can it with the John Henry bitching. The man brought us multiple WS winners. The Sox have a top 5 payroll.

Honestly you all sound like a bunch of 90s era entitled Yankees fans whining about how they didn't get ALL the top free agents every single year.

Thank you ... now can you address the whining about being 35 feet from first when thrown out on a grounder instead of hustling and being thrown out by 20 feet?

Hosmer must be wondering how he ever managed to hit even 25 home runs playing half his games in this stadium

Oh it would be the gamethread without some whining.

It's just usually intelligent whining.

Which really makes it griping.

The kid they just picked up - Valdez - is 23 with about a full year of combined AA/AAA and seems to be crushing it. He’ll be 24 in the off-season and we have a temporary opening at second. I hope they give him a look soon, it’s time to start seeing what we have in the system.

He's supposedly a bat-first player. . .but hey, at this point, why not?

Pham continues to hit rocket after rocket. Smart to hit one where they couldn't catch it though.

Bush goes out to visit Crawford ... next pitch, three-run homer
Melendez goes out to visit Clarke ... next pitch, two-run homer

What are they telling these guys?

Schreiber in the 8th in a game where the Sox are trailing by 2 with a day off tomorrow.

Guess Cora got the message that there are no tomorrows.

Too bad it was sent by pigeon, because it should have arrived before the ASB.

Late 90’s or early 90’s?

can we complain aboutHenry hiring the wrong shepherd to guide this top 5 payroll?
