I think the Bengals are a better team.

Rams -3 I bet with the field but I think Bengals have a real chance to win

Edit —. -4.5 open already down to 4

Was really rooting for SF if only to greatly increase the odds of a non-QB MVP. Deebo would’ve been a great sneakyish bet.

Imperative that they keep Donald contained. If they can keep Burrow upright all game they have a great shot.

The NFC is the designated road team in this years Super Bowl so the Rams should be wearing white at home.

The Rams should be comfortable with that as they've been the road team at home a few times already this season.

I don’t particularly like the Rams, but I dig Stafford going to the SB after years of hearing that he couldn’t win just because he was stuck at a horrible Lions organization. Having said that, I hope the Bengals crush these fuckers.
Ditto for OBJ, Jalen Ramsey, etc.

I think that's why I've been rooting for LA this year, even though it's still a bit mind boggling. Hate the team for trying to buy a championship, but I don't have anything against anyone on that roster.

Jimmy G looked horribly indecisive those last 2 series
I don’t care how covered the receivers are you have get the ball down the field - you can’t throw a check down for a loss and stay in bounds.

It was all totally inexcusable

What’s worse? Reid’s time management, McVay’s time management, Shannys misses or BB not having speed in the LB corps?

Jimmy G showed exactly why Niners will never be satisfied with him. Just can't trust him in big spots.

Interesting I was going to say 5.

LA will get all the calls and the attention in the next game. I'm already mad.

The year is 1997.

Someone tells you “in the next 25 years the Patriots will win six Super Bowls, the Colts will appear in two winning one, the Seahawks in three winning one, the Bucs in two winning both, the Cardinals will appear in one, the Rams will appear in four, including one against the Bengals, who will win as many playoff games throughout that time as the Cowboys. Oh, and one guy will nearly win twice as many Super Bowls as Joe Montana.”

Do you believe it?

When I think back to watching the NFL as a kid verses what’s happened the last quarter century a whole lot has happened I never would’ve imagined.

Rams *should have* blown out both TB and SF. They did blow out TB then fumbled 4x. They literally dropped multiple TDs and INT vs SF. Rams defense is horrifically underrated.

Yeah this is a fair point. Roster-wise I have no issue with any of them. It’s just the optics of it, but if it were the Pats, I guess I wouldn’t care if they built a team like this.

Today reminds me how lucky we were as Patriots fans. It's very difficult to make it to the Super Bowl. The Patriots went 9 times over a span of 18 years and won 6. Not so easy, is it Mahomes, Rodgers, etc.?

Tom Brady did battle back with a seriously undermanned team. Yeah, I mean the Rams game them multiple chances, but Brady capitalized on them. I mean maybe Tampa Bay shouldn't have committed so many Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalties and left Kupp wide open on 3rd and 20.

Worth pointing out that only three teams have gone to three straight SB, with the Chiefs losing today….and all are from the AFCE (Dolphins ‘71-‘73, Bills ‘90-‘93, Pats ‘16-‘18).

Agreed, and Mahomes mentioned it postgame:

Mahomes said a second AFC Championship Game loss gave him a greater appreciation for the accomplishments of Tom Brady, who won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
"His career is one of a kind,'' Mahomes said. "That's why he's the GOAT. To win that many Super Bowls and win that many games, it's hard. I understand that. The years that I've had, I've been close a lot. I've only been there twice and I've only won once. I understand it takes a special player, a special group of guys, special circumstances for that to happen."

That said, pretty excited for this Super Bowl. Hope it's half as exciting as the Divisional and Championship games.

I'm really glad that the Chiefs didn't win today, for a lot of reasons. First and foremost, they don't get to three straight Super Bowls, meaning that the last team to do it was the Patriots.

I still want to see the Patriots 8 straight conference championship game record in tack. That's why I was hoping Buffalo would knock them out last week.
