They wear you out. That big Frankenstein looking mother fucker on deck made the Indians afraid to try to get him to swing at a buried pitch.

Indians haven't lost three in a row since the end of July, start of August. And this is a missed challenge call from essentially being four in a row.

So playoff Tito is dead right? About to lose 6 straight elimination games, Farrell would have been strung up if he did that.

Well on the bright side, I'll get to root against these assholes in the next series.

And probably the one after that.

I hope the Astros hit .750 against these bums.
Oh you wait, their bats will all of the sudden go silent and they'll foul off meatballs that CC and Gray leave over the plate instead of planting them in the stands.

The only hope is that Chapman can't find the plate after the long wait.

And the other bright side is all of you make MFY game threads hysterically entertaining, so there's that to look forward to as well.

I still really love Tito, but even during the magical 2004 run he made a couple of decisions that would have been rightfully criticized for years had they not won. One example was letting Varitek catch Wakefield in extras while passed balls were going to the backstop with every other pitch. That easily could have lost the game. Varitek had already played a ton of innings and wasn't likely to be the offensive difference-maker, and it was pretty much the only reason Mirabelli was on the team. Still can't believe Wake struck out Sierra on that 3-2 pitch.

On that topic, it is nice how 2004 will always, always, make everything else that ever happens in the world of baseball tolerable, even when it sucks, like this.
