I get it that having a higher draft pick is a good thing, but I REALLY don't like it when the Red Sox lose. So tonight I'm hoping for Red Sox, Rangers, Tigers and Diamondbacks wins. Good karma for everyone. Go Sox!

Miami (oh, Miami!)
But they need someone who can play third base. Anyone have a plan to force JDM to opt out so that the DH of the future can move off third?
If JD stays, and Dalbec sticks, they might just swap Dalbec and Devers. And tonight's the perfect night to experiment. But why stop there? All position players should take the fielding position normally to their right, with, oh - Chavis at catcher.

Eck’s commentary alone is worth tuning into the waining games of an abysmal season. Houck and Dalbec are nice.

I’m not sure if Vaz is intentionally setting up in an odd place on some of Houck’s breaking pitch. He’s either painting some ridiculous sweepers, or the Braves are just hacking.

Are we the first team in MLB history with 3 ginger Latinos?

if the Tigers win (up 4-3 in the 5th), this game doesn't really matter for draft order. But tomorrow is a must-lose.

Dropping to 5th would be annoying after being easily in the 2 slot for quite awhile. On the other hand, they can't fall further than 5th now, so I'm probably overstating the impact here and should enjoy the remaining innings we have.
