I don't know who's gonna win this game, but I like what I've seen.

Ritchie was useless signing by Sweeney.
I get why he was signed - 2nd round pick, big body, had some upside, but he doesn't have any discernible skills. Waiving him eliminates his cap hit thankfully so no harm, unless he stays in the lineup

He really feels like the second coming of Jimmy Hayes.

Credit to the Caps, they took advantage of the breaks and locked it down when they had to. Holtby could be playing in the Finnish league at age 40, come back to the NHL, and own the Bruins for some god forsaken reason

Caps are a very good team. Can't go 0-5 on the PP and consistently get beat 5v5.

They should just forfeit every game in DC unless they play it the day of the super bowl. Fuck this

It’s been a rough week for my relationship with sports officiating across the board.

They didn't, they were 1-5. Point holds true overall I guess.

I was really impressed with Bjork's confidence with the puck- he'll make a few mistakes, but he's not afraid to make a play. I can see him hitting a wall in January for a bit but coming out the other side as a legit dangerous top 6 guy (even though he's likely a 3rd liner this year)
