The original sequel got canceled. In that time, I have started fostering-to-adopt a dog who came from a kill shelter in Tennesee. In that time, the Bruins have not failed to gain a point in any of their games. Coincidence? SSS alert? Who knows. All I know is that Bojangles knows many things:
Bo knows "sit"
Bo knows "outside"
Bo knows "quit humping my leg, doggone it!"

Bo knows winning

We're doing a pet picture thread?

Ok, I'll join.
This is Malcolm. I adopted him in January and he still gets very confused when I randomly cheer or yell expletives when I watch hockey. He likes pillow forts.

Pet thread? I like my cat more than I like most (all?) people. To make it topical she loves curling up next to me and getting belly rubs while we watch the Bruins. My cell phone photos are roughly 50% her, 25% beer, 25% food.

She's my little boo and I love her deeply and my relationship with her keeps me (mostly) sane. She has more personality than a lot of people I know and I will talk about her endlessly if given the chance. I am a crazy cat person and I'm okay with it.

Every rush they come across the blue line 3 wide in a straight line. No depth, the winger just tries to jam it through to the middle somewhere.

I mean, I know they're down two forwards and using their 11th defenceman, but this is worrying.
Not an excuse. This team sucks. They’ve lost 16 in a row. Even if the Bruins win this one they really have to take a hard look at the roster and coaching staff, and ownership should be looking at possible management changes. Enough is enough. Everyone they bring in is a useless plug. Their young players are a bunch of 3 liners and 3rd pair defenseman. They’ve obviously tuned out the coach. They have 5 good players and everyone else is inconsistent or unskilled. They’re a organization with no plan that’s stuck in mediocrity unless they get a management team in there that can evaluate talent.

Starting to think that the 2019 Cup run was the worst thing that could've happened to this franchise. First of course that they didn't win the Cup. But worse is that it convinced management that this team was "just one piece away" from being over the top when in fact it was a flawed team that lucked into an easy path to the Finals. They've had the same flaws for the past 4+ years.

Another way of looking at it is, just what is the core of this team that you expect to compete in ~3-5 years? Pastrnak and McAvoy seem to be locks, but then...?

They were the same thing for 3 straight years, a second round playoff team that could win it the matchups were favorable or Rask played out of his mind. This year they’re worse.

Which team is the real Bruins? The 2nd period team that got outshot 14-8 and had 1 high-danger chance, or the 3rd period team that outshot Buffalo 15-3 and had a 72 CF%?

When this team wants to play fast and hard and go to the net, it can play with anyone. When they don’t commit to 60 hard minutes, they’re a middle-of-the-pack team. They’re not talented enough to float for a period.

I don’t think they’ve tuned out Cassidy. Defensemen are shooting way more, Coyle is finally playing in front of the net, and DeBrusk was making an impact before he went into the protocol.

But they sure need a winger to play with Krejci and DeBrusk.
