I like Bademosi(?) celebrating, then realizing he's next to BB, then sort of whoops, then BB laughing.

The Gronk TD where Zolak is screaming himself hoarse, howling "IN YOUR FACE! IN YOUR FACE!", and in that same moment Belichick is looking like the game doesn't start for another 15 minutes... that's art.

This is a great description - he looks like the game doesn't start for another 15 minutes. Fantastic.

I think the play he's talking about with Allen passing the inside defender and taking the outside guy is the same he illustrated on the bellistrater on the Burkhead run to the two-yard line.

He saw it in real time and it's play I would imagine that virtually all of us missed. It really is the do your job thing. A guy with 4 catches for 37 yards this year played 54 percent of the snaps last week and 42 the week before, while most of us are pretty oblivious to the fact that he's even contributing much.

Exactly. I mentioned that in another thread. Unreal he saw it in real time

The video quality is very poor, but I had some fun watching the international broadcast of SB 36. The camera shots are largely different, and it gave me some different viewpoints of famous moments in Pats history that I've really always only seen from one angle, especially the last drive and celebration.

For example, I never knew that Brady was standing up on the bench watching Vinatieri's kick and then lept off it when the kick went through the uprights (that's the point I'm loading the video, you can see him in the background of Milloy picking up Belichick).

Saw this stat on Reddit: over the past two seasons Brady has 54 TDs, 5 INTs, and averages 301.5 passing yards per game.
Over his last 19 games, including playoffs (which would constitute a full season plus a Super Bowl run's worth of games), Brady's numbers are:

414-610 (67.9%), 5001 yds (8.2 ypa), 39 td, 6 int, 110.0 rating

Pretty darned good for an old guy.

I checked and didn't see this posted yet. Something else to celebrate about Brady. Yawn.

http://www.patriots.com/news/2017/11/30/tom-brady-named-afc-offensive-player-month

The New England Patriots announced today that Tom Brady has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Month for November.

It is the 10th time overall that Brady has earned an AFC Player of the Month honor, adding to his NFL record. Peyton Manning is second in NFL history with eight Player of the Month honors.

Imagine if you were somehow able to listen to BB mic'd while you watched the game live? How awesome would that be? It'd never happen for obvious reasons but, holy shit, that would kick ass.

Yeah, I would be all in for this. I'd donate $1k to his favorite charity for this, even if for just 1 game.

They should create a suite at Gillette where this can happen. You pay a huge ticket price for access to the suite, check all communication and recording devices at the door, and then you are locked in the sound proof suite for the duration of the game. They then pipe in the sideline communication system through the speakers in the suite.

Maybe SoSH should start some kid of GoFundMe campaign and see how much might get pledged for such a thing?

Saw this on reddit.

Tom Brady had played 29 games against the bills in his career. He has more super bowl mvps than losses to the bills.

Inside the NFL used this film as a launching point to discuss BB in depth this week. Esiason said he didn’t even know Belichick and Belichick showed up to his dad’s funeral in 1999. Simms had some good stories too.

Also, they show the block Allen did at the on the DE that BB was complimenting and it was glorious. He also gives him a congrats back on the sidelines. Me thinks he is a fan.

Edit: Funeral, not diners! Unreal autocorrect.

You mean Esiason's dad's funeral, but I like your auto(in)correct version, too.

New England is 30-5 against Buffalo since Bill Belichick was hired in 2000, and Tom Brady improved to an NFL record 27-3 against the Bills. New England (10-2) now has won 14 road games in a row, the second-longest streak in league history, and just notched its 15th consecutive double-digit win season, from 2003-2017.
49ers did 16 consecutive 10-win seasons 1983-1998.

The Pats have won at least 11 games for the 8th straight season. No other team has ever done that (Indy had 7 in a row 2003 - 2009).

Also, the Pats won the AFC East for the 9th straight year, 14th time in 15 years, and 15th time overall under Bill Belichick.
