CFB 2024 Week 13: A thread that evidently has the same budgetary constraints for NIL and coach removal as plagues Craig Breslow

42 points in Athens looks doable

The 3:30 slate looks awful

Noon slate looks nice

Now that I have found religion and are all in on the Fighting Napier's (my attempts to drive him out of Gainesville through Lake Alice have fallen on deaf ears), I will take seeing Lane Kiffin crying on the sidelines after the Gators knock the lovers of the Confederacy out of the playoff picture as an acceptable consolation prize.

IU-OSU should be an awesome game. I think IU will be able to hang on offense and if that turns into a track meet, I like IU's chances. IU's DL should also give OSU significant problems, as the OSU OL is down 3 OL. OSU probably pulls out a squeaker at home on pure talent, but I'm gonna lay some money on IU.

Army-ND also has some level of interest, if nothing else because Army is such a tactical outlier and performing well this season that if ND overlooks them it could get interesting. And ND is currently relevant to the playoff discussion obviously.

Thanks for a second thread shoutout. Evidently college sports brings out the snarkiest in me.

I’m in NYC tagging along with my wife who’s at a conference. By chance they put her in the Notre Dame alumni association hotel. Holy shit there’s a lot of green crawling around.

All the breaks and questionable calls have gone Indiana's way and they'll still be down at the half.

If Columbia holds onto their 14-3 lead and Yale holds onto their 21-7 lead, Columbia will be (in a three way tie for) Ivy league champions for the first time since 1961.

Final in Moningside Heights is Columbia 17-9 over Cornell. Yale still leading 31-15 and Dartmouth up big over Brown, so the Lions will drink from the chalice of (co-co-) champions tonight.

Not so fast, Yale lead is down to 31-23 and still 8 minutes left.

So the guy slides and then they go for the TD anyway. This slide thing has gone too far. Score the points.

For over/under bettors, that was a wild ride.
