There already was someone with an avatar of Grandpa Simpson yelling at a cloud. Now we have a different user with the name Yelling At Clouds, but with a DIFFERENT Simpsons avatar.

Hahaha thank you! I thought it was perfect the first time I saw it haha
It's like he's in his kitchen making the perfect meal and he took a minute to stare out the window at his asshole neighbor Harbaugh trying and failing miserably to get his grill started.

I like the flow of “Get a Move On, Mo Vaughn”. Guy was slow to say the least. Don’t want it, just throwing it out there.

Awwww my bad my friend, I hope I can do the name justice! Mo Vaughn is one of my favorite players and people of all time. If ours are too similar I’m happy to switch
As a 6 or 7 year old, Mo was a big part of me falling in love with baseball. He's kind of a forgotten around here with how good he was from '93 to '97, but that kind of fell after the 80s WS team and before a couple playoff seasons in a row late 90s and Pedro into Manny and Ortiz.

So the more love Mo gets the better!

Please, I would like to change my name to Eck's pitching strategy "Yakker 4 your Kudo", which strikes me as quite descriptive of message-board motivations.

Something in me refuses to write Kudo as a singular. Merriam-Webster opines:

Is kudo a word?: Usage Guide

Some commentators hold that since kudos is a singular word it cannot be used as a plural and that the word kudo is impossible. But kudo does exist; it is simply one of the most recent words created by back-formation from another word misunderstood as a plural. Kudos was introduced into English in the 19th century; it was used in contexts where a reader unfamiliar with Greek could not be sure whether it was singular or plural. By the 1920s it began to appear as a plural, and about 25 years later kudo began to appear. It may have begun as a misunderstanding, but then so did cherry and pea.

Merriam-Webster notwithstanding, you will have to accept multiple Kudos 4 ur Yakker.

I would like to request a name change to "Five Cent Head". Not that I have anything approaching a million-dollar arm to go with it...

I would love to lose the 216 off of my name but "crow" seems pretty stupid, just as crow216 was/is. The nature of it is twofold. I've always absolutely loved crows, I started using it as my gamer tag in high school, then that evolved to WarCrow and now only on SoSH and nowhere else does crow216 live. Hrmph.

Whatever it's changed to, Murdered Crow needs to be the tagline

I'll be happy to alter your username once you settle on one new version, not four alternative versions.

"I've always loved crows." is one of the strangest sentences I've ever read on this site.

There's a weird explanation that wouldn't really articulate it well, but I'll try.

I grew up in Brooklyn, there were only ever street pigeons around with a very very rare owl. When I was a kid, it was the coolest thing on the planet when once a year, a murder of crows would descend on my grandfather's fig tree. I just thought the sounds they made and how completely badass they looked compared to pigeons was awesome. Then I remember watching those videos of crows using tools to complete tasks and was more impressed. So yea, I like crows. I don't have any crow statues around or pictures, but I still think they're the best.

Any chance I could change to something else? The Redsox aren’t playing well, and my name is very similar to “Time to Mo Vaughn” and I feel disrespectful! I’m open to suggestions on names, just want to change the mojo up if possible

The exclamation point is unnecessary. And I sort of would have preferred “movit aughn over”
but I don’t understand what a slump has to do with any of this.

Any obscure Redsox players or players in general?

There's a "1 time name change" policy but given your name is so familiar, maybe they'll change it. If you chose a player, I heavily suggest you google that player to make sure they aren't involved in any off field shenanigans.

I almost went with Rick Asadoorian. No clue if it's in use as I decided to go with Cesar Crespo because it was the name on a 2nd long dormant account I had.

edit: Unless I'm doing it wrong (very good chance), there are no Rick's on this side at all?
