That 3rd down play could have been illegal motion. Full back was moving forward at snap.

UNC is much better than they were when Fedora got canned, but they're still a pretty far distance away from where they were when Mack left the first time.

Should ND stay in the ACC and keep the Michigan, Michigan State games as out of conference stuff (or one of them)?

Would kind of suck for me because I’m a ACC school alum but grew up an Irish fan so have 2 teams. Would make it tough if they were in the same conference but man, I like watching ND against these other ACC TEAMS.

Great recovery by the D after the first quarter. Pretty sloppy at times, but a grind it out, mission accomplished kind of win. For the first time in Kelly’s tenure, I think they have the combination of physicality, and some playmakers, to legit compete with the top 5 teams.

If ND chooses to join a conference, it will be the B1G, not the ACC. More money, better geographic fit.

they can’t afaik, rest of school is acc and are committed to ACC only if any. Of course everything is up for negotiation

Was that going to start this year? I didn’t know they were done with Michigan.
Don’t play Michigan again until 2033. The annual series(though there have been breaks), ended after 2014. A short 2018 & 2019 one, and now another long break. If the world gets back to something like normal next year, I fully expect they go back to independent, with the commitment to the ACC games.

Ohio State-Illinois just cancelled.

What’s interesting is ifOhio State can’t play next week they aren’t eligible for the Big 10 title game. And rumors are Covid has taken over a lot of the program.

Peak 2020 if IU gets to the big 10 champ game.

Unfortunately, this probably won't be getting better in the short term. If they are able to play the championship games, it would be a surprise.

The NFL, of course, is facing a similar but not as dire issue. You have to figure it's much harder to contain a spread for college kids. But who knows, if people are not in a bubble, it's all at risk. The numbers are bad.

Vanderbilt offense couldn’t get past the 50 on their first drive. Hoping they get a TD or a chip shot FF attempt so my daughters can watch.

What a lame first half for Vandy. Especially the offense. Hopefully Ms.Fuller gets the 2nd half kickoff as it doesn't look good for Vandy to get into FG range.

Winless Nits leading Michigan at half, 17-7. Whatever the outcome, Harbaugh will be back in the NFL next season. One year left on his contract at Michigan, easily negotiable. Say what you will, the guy was a successful NFL coach and probably better suited for the pros than college kids.

She kicked off for the second half. Kind of a punch/squib, which makes sense if kicking it deep wasn't an option. Mizzou downed it at their 40. Crowd gave her a nice ovation before the kick as well.
