Actually it's like JJ possibly knowing that his teammate more probably than not took a banned substance (though no one saw the teammate take the banned substance and the test was inconclusive at best) but because we are concerned with the competitive balance of the league we will, without evidence, suspend JJ for being more probably than not generally aware that the teammate may have (again more probably than not) taken the banned substance which in all likelihood, given that the player improved after he presumably stopped taking of the banned substance, gave him no benefit what so ever and may have hurt his performance.
