There's just not enough movement on offense. When they pass to the post or a single player drives, everyone else is standing around the perimeter and watching. No one is cutting inside along with the ball movement, so it's 1 on 3 inside over and over with collapsing space to kick it out. That's on Brad to call a few plays to build that rhythm.
