Between here and everywhere.
Per TMZ

https://amp.tmz.com/2020/01/12/julian-edelman-arrested-in-bev-hills-jumping-on-car/

“Patriots star Julian Edelman was arrested Saturday night after allegedly jumping on the hood of someone's Mercedes ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us it went down this way ... Julian was in Bev Hills walking around at about 9 PM when for some unknown reason he hopped up on the car, causing damage.

Bad news for Julian ... cops were in the area working a robbery case when someone flagged them down and gave them the lowdown.”

Already released, but what a dope.

Seeing the headline, I was worried it was much worse.

Much relieved. Still a dumbfuck thing to do but well within the bounds of "ordinary dumb entitled-celebrity shit"

Tough break for Jules — he was a dumbass, but 99% of the time that kind of behavior doesn’t result in an arrest, and even an arrest for such a minor offense would fly under the radar if it didn’t take place in a swanky LA neighborhood where TMZ monitors the police blotter.

I clicked on this expecting to see some actual vandalism. Instead he scuffed the hood of a Merc in Beverly Hills? He's just going to have to write a check. Only news because Patriots.
Pats are only relevant insofar as a TMZ staffer likely wouldn’t recognize the name of a zero-time Pro Bowler who played his entire career in, say, Detroit.

This is hilarious. Of all the things players have been arrested for, using the hood of a Benz as a trampoline doesn’t trigger a whole lot of concern.

The Goodell investigation is going to take 9 months at least. I'd advise Jules to get the naked selfies off his phone now, but I doubt that he will mind when Rog's people leak them.

FWIW, I learned of the arrest via the Guardian website here in the UK - it's definitely not just an ESPN thing.
Yeah, it's more of a "famous person acting like a drunk 17 year-old" thing. I have a friend here in Denver that gets aggro when he drinks. Odd behavior once you're in your mid-30s.

I don't know about that. It's not always the act but why he did it might be a reason to be concerned.

I actually expect this, would put nothing past that vindictive ginger asshole.

The article is right about the bad timing. I can’t remember ever seeing a cop car in Westwood, Brentwood or Beverly Hills.

You’d see one mere seconds after a resident called the cops on you though.

Edit: BH specifically

True that.

I came fast like 9-11 in white neighborhoods
Ain’t got no shame about it.

Bel Air has cops at the bottom of the hill, forget if it’s private security or real police.
